Below you will find the necessary steps to begin your onboarding process. Please note all 5 steps must be completed.

Step 1: Offer Letter Sent/Signed

Details for Steps 1-5

Step 1: Offer Letter Sent/Signed

2 Minutes to complete

• Offer letter sent via Docusign (Mobile-friendly but use computer for legibility)

• Complete within 48 hours

• Receive confirmation and a copy from Docusign once done

Step 2: Background Check

5 Minutes to complete

• Welcome email from HR Team with instructions for background check and Workday sign-up

• Separate email from Credential Check with background check link

Step 3: Ready to Hire Document

25 Minutes to complete

• Receive 2 emails: Workday welcome email INCUDES, username, and temporary password

• Complete all 14 steps in Workday using a computer

• Reminder email from Justin and Sarah with Workday sign-in link and temporary password

Step 4: Final Employee Agreement Sent

2 Minutes to complete

• Agreement sent via Docusign

• Receive confirmation and copy from Docusign once completed

Step 5: I9 Verification & Email Set Up

2 Minutes to complete

• Email to schedule I-9 completion (Provide 1 or 2 pieces of acceptable ID)

• MUST complete within 72 hours of start date to avoid automatic termination

• Receive 2 emails from IT (24 to 72 hours prior to the start date) to set up your email inbox and Teams access on your computer.

• Receive instructions on accessing secure emails
